my ankle shouldnt hit it, my toes will hit the dash and stop my foot before it gets that far. You guys must ride like foolios if you smash ur legs up there.

now im sad :(

We're just trying to look out for you...no harm intended.
And I know I have mashed up my leg in that place.

On turf & glass.

Just ask Blowsion why they came up with this for their dash mounted bilge switches:

I've hit the dash with my feet, my knees, ankles, etc.

seriously, i would not ride with that thing. haven't you seen people's huge cuts from hitting the tray or bars, and thats nothing compared to the piece of metal that is sticking out there, expecially since you plan on putting your foot under it.

do yourself a favor and take it off before you regret it. it may work great until that one time ********s not right and you bite it the wrong way and thats all it will take.

I've had tons of skin flapping, missing, and bleeding before, so yes I know. I would not make this out of sheer stupidity, and I very much took into consideration the possibilty of getting hurt. My foot will stop before my ankle hits the edge, because my foot will hit the dash. im telling you, that it is not as bad as it looks. If I dont like it tomorrw, Ill take it off. Its not even close to sharp, that aluminum is thick and rounded on all edges with a big radius.

well, I also just made a new hood handle for the top of the hood, the little finger tab to lift the hood.... out of aluminum, and polished it, as well as my exhaust outlet. I feel like a black man, all this bling bling!

It works and looks cool. If he wanted padding, he can always turf it.

BTW, riding jetskis is dangerous. Either ride or stfu and stay home!!!!!!!

come on dude, you were here all day yesterday and we made all sorts of bling bling parts for all kinds of stupid things. You didnt have to say THAT lol. Yeah, ski riding is dangerous... but we both know my front foothold should be fine, cus you personally saw it. No need for STFU and home. cracker!

you ever seen lenzi's hand injury? i bet he thought it would NEVER get caught between the hood/pole....

dude, noones dissing your craftmanship.....but that hold IS dangerous....I mean, what dont you get about the danger of a big piece of metal sticking out in your tray?

even with turf.....it'll still snap bones......

And footholds that lock your feet in won't break ankles? It flexes a bit when you put your foot under it, so its not going to lock him in when he is riding. Its no different then a front fiberglass foothold.

Besides, if you are 90% more likely to bang your knee on the rails of the ski then you are the dash!!!!

everyone is talking about slamming into it and it cutting me, breaking bones, etc.

Let me say this.... I am going to try it out, and ride it hard. If I feel it does not wor well or DOES have potentioal to cause serious damage, then I'll change it up, get rid of it, or make another version.

cuz its not as bad of an idea as inviting gallons of water into your hood. I seriously cant see how this thing will hurt me.... unless i slip and slam my face into it...
