Well, Heres an update for all of you. After a season of occasionally, very occasionally, riding this thing... this is what went down.

First ride, prop is wrong, doesnt move. Switch to solas 13/18, beautiful!

Ride for a few weeks, blew 3 rubber couplers on the dry pipe, cracked 2 pipe mount bolts to the head.

Sold Dry Pipe, Bought B pipe, thank god.

Got the B pipe on, Coil went bad. Also tapped my mani for dual cooling, and ran dual cooling in my ski. I didnt NEED it, but I was chasing problems (later to be found, the coil)

New Coil, which was at the same time followed by a starter and bendix, because it wouldnt start to allow me to see if my new coil worked haha. It was just original stuff in need of replacement.

Take ski out, doesnt run for crap, only one cylinder of power. Sucked a reed petal.

New Boyesen reeds, and a huge headache later...

Take the skit out, my F'ING PROP SHAFT BREAKS. Mind you,im not close to home by any means.... but I did have my brother and a friend, and a 12 foot rope ( which was only taken as a joke....lol) got a new pump vein section with shaft and skat trak 9/17 prop. it rips!

Get the ski back out this weekend.... ran great with a little bit of tuning thanks to some ice cold air and water.

SO here we are... 6 months later.... and its finally good to go. Hopefully it stays in good shape now, cuz it does look sweet, lol. And Now I can actually learn some good tricks.

Between racing all summer and this being broke, it definatley didnt see the water as much as I wished... but next year it will LIVE on the water, with my sxr's

i must say.... even though a bunch of stupid things broke, im pretty happy with this ski, I did it all myself, for the first time ever. If it wasnt for old age I really wouldnt have had a lot of minor things break... but thats how it goes.

This winter I plan on stickin a X metal scupper in'er for extra drainage, hopefully. No motor goodies for me, cuz I just wanna ride it for a while haha. Ill do that in a year or so...

until next time!

soooo, I decided to make a front foothold. Its aluminum, and I polished it, bolts up with the electrical box bolts, plus 2 extra bolts on top I drilled for extra strength

Why don't you put some spikes on it for better traction  Seriously man that has carnage written all over it. If you take a hard impact that thing will snap your ankle like a twig
