This is like the 5th set of bars I've broke in my life and I'm sick of getting f'n injured almost every time one breaks.

Does anyone make a solid aluminum handle bar? This was a straight X-metal bar I broke this time. I thought it wouldn't break like the regular bars with the V bend that clamp in a UMI/stock turn plate.. Guess I was wrong.
If I cant find a solid alum, im gonna make a powder coated steel pipe to put in the Xmetal turn plate.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

How about inserting a stainless rod inside the handlebar tube. that should fix the problem permanently.

Dayum! I have never seen that.

Really? Lets see... This time I was 180 stabbing off a huge boat wave down on the Parker strip Friday and when I landed the bar broke and the other end of the handle bar rammed me in the tit! Looks like I got a hickey on my chest/nipple. The time before this one I rammed my finger into the hood and jammed the F out it so bad i thought it was broken and I slammed my head into the hood too and got a little bell ringer concussion. Had one break back when I raced my Team Butch 750 whore and lost control and hit another racers ski and almost took out the rider. lol I could go on.. but I think you get the picture!

You mean like in the Kawasaki factory Jetski video? lol
I had a law officer pull me over once on my ski and gave me a warning. He said I can only ride my stand up in the "forward riding position only". If he sees me doing any kind of trick after this warning, he will ticket me next time! :loser:

I would do the stainless rod and epoxy that in. The reason is that the stainless will bend a lot more before breaking like the aluminum, so even if you do break the aluminum bars, it will just bend the stainless and the epoxy should at least keep the grip on it.

Wow though, I've never broken a set but a buddy did break his stock FX-1 bars doing a jump sub once.

I beat the snot out of stuff. and breaking those bars are impressive.
Stainless rod threw the center of another xmetal bars would be really
strong..

Like Bk said, Xmetal, Pat, will send you new bars... He might want to
hang those up thou... lol

Hope you didnt hurt yourself.

Are we there yet?
By any chance are your clamps completely free of any burs. The slightest nick in them bars could lead to stress fracture. Just a thought?
