1. Publish and receive the infraction


2. Edit a "disapproved" post and not receive an infraction

Since when do we send something back and say 'hey, you might get an infraction, reword this'? Isn't that censorship? (that's different than moderating) And no, we don't have the time for that. Nick said he meant it and has zero regret on posting it, so what is your problem with it?

if what that post contained was against the rules, you are at fault. nick posted what he posted knowing full well that itd have to be approved to the site's rules before being published.

Are you sure about that. Not all of us are on here every day. You are are assuming that Myself or Penguin would have overlooked it. I was out of town at the time. You seem to forget that each of us get an email every time someone makes a post in the negative feedback sections. I think I had about 20 emails on just that thread when I got back.

When you make comments like "are you gonna ban me your higness". That is you just trying to push our buttons. So, most likely you would not get a ban for that. But, we tend to not forget about your crap when you do actually cross the line which even though you pretend that you never do. So when we have to decide if you crossed the line. You make it easy for us to make that decision. I told someon today in a PM earlier that for every infraction we give, there are at least 20-30 cases that go unnoticed or we give the benefit of the doubt.

I already know your response about using the word respect and respectful. So, I will not waste my time any more. Your ability to be part of this site is not some constitutional right, you do not have any rights here, there really is no freedom of speech to say and do as you please. You checked a box when you signed up agreeing to the rules (wait, I believe I already said this today), as did everybody else here. You have the worse record by far of any member on this site. You say that we are the problem. I would say you are more of the problem. But your gonna come back with some other smart ass comment towards me, then Darin. That is fine, I personally dont care. You only make more of an ass out of yourself every time. But hey, how is that different than any other day. Prove me wrong..........

Harrison, it's been raining for 2 months in the entire southeast. It might as well have been winter time again. I think I proved that myself Wed and Thur night. LOL Now lets all get back to the important things in life-ancake:. I rode at a diff part of Smith today, and dam at all the freegin big boat traffic! My legs are on fire from jumping 12,542,673,123 boat wakes all day. It was a good day at the lake, taught another guy to ride a stand up and rode all day without opening the tool box. LOL

I thought a bunch of things to myself and then decided-well, Jett owns and operates and maintains this site, therefore it his to do whatever he wishes. If I don't like it, no one here has a gun to my head to stay on board. At this very moment I can't figure out what he was trying to say in the 'infraction post'. Who cares. I started some chit and he finished it. LOL Constantly F'ing with the admin/moderators is no different than F'ing with a cop-U WILL LOSE THAT BATTLE EVERY TIME!!! How many hours have u put in trying to babysit all of us? Thats what I thought. There are a few of us on the miserable users list whether we like it or not. Until we buy the site from Jett, it again, is his site. I know why I am on the list and so do you. From time to time u and I start some chit and they have to clean it up. My guess is they are probaly sick of playing clean up. There are also times when u and I are dead right, but our past precedes us and they don't take us serious w/we are right. If I cared to spend all night going thru all of Jett's posts, I could find the list for you. this whole thread, the auto-ban feature, infractions, and their gay little moderator clubhouse/chatroom is there for guys like us that arent hypocritical jackasses.
