So far I have mounted the handlepole and run cables. Test fit my new pipe and figured out mounting for it. Pump/impeller/rideplate/grate installed. Carb rebuilt and rejetted, new motor mounts installed.

Left to do:
-Turf
-Drop in motor and plumb lines.
-wire bilges/install bilge fittings
-cut up and turf chinpad
-other misc crap I can't think of

Travis' ski is almost done, all he has left is to finish turfing.

I've got the jets in it and set where Paul recommended them - I think they are close - but a more experienced rider's opinion would be most appreciated.

I know the pipe needs to be heated up (less water) - I set those on the wide range of Paul's suggestion.

As of last night, Travis' ski is finished. My ski just needs turfed rails, hood straps, pole limit rope, and a flush hose. Should have it done by tuesday. Best part is, yesterday when all of the underhood was finished, I pumped the primer twice and the ski fired up on the first try.
