I don’t even know where to start with this, but I will keep it short and simple. First, the project that these guy’s are doing is a CUSTOM project. I STOCK NOTHING THAT WILL BOLT A GP800 MOTOR INTO A FX-1. With that said, you cannot expect me to send you a complete exhaust system that will bolt into your hull, and secondly, you cannot expect me to build you domes to accommodate a piston that I have never seen. No other shop will touch this project, PERIOD!!! I made the mistake of trying to help but that time is over. I knew better. You said to me that nobody will touch your domes. Why is that? It is not because they are my domes, it is because they don’t want the responsibility of the aftermath that occurs. It is a NO WIN situation for the shop. When you decide to do a project of this magnitude, you must understand that you are pretty much on your own. I do it on a daily basis with the composite and machining side of my business. You expect me to be at your beckon call with this and I am done. I wanted to help, not because of the money, a mere $200 profit on my end, but just to help. But, when you start demanding and leaving ridiculous messages with massive profanity, you crossed the line. I don’t need the headache.
This post is a he said/she said style that could go on and on. I don’t have the time nor the patience for this game. Bottom line is this, you feel as though you were cheated and are not happy with anything. I feel that your entire project is a waste of my time. I have no cad file or drawing of the piston, so no domes will be delivered to you. At this point I want to do no future business with you or be a part of this fiasco any longer. I will put this is capital so you can easily understand this. YOU SAID THAT YOU WANTED A REFUND AND I WILL HONOR YOUR WISHES. SIMPLY SEND BACK THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASED FROM ME FOR A FULL REFUND, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I WILL ACCEPT THE PIPE THAT I CANNOT USE, THE HEAD SHELLS THAT YOU DRILLED OUT, THE DOMES THAT YOU DESTROYED TRYING TO CUT YOURSELF WHICH I CANNOT RESELL NOR WOULD TRY TO AND THE INTAKE MANIFOLDS. I WILL ACCEPT ONLY A C.O.D. DELIVERY FROM UPS TO ME TO INSURE THAT I RECEIVE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS BACK. PLEASE EMAIL THE TRACKING NUMBER SO I CAN HAVE PAYMENT READY.
I was going to get the domes to you, but with the constant BS posts that you are making I feel as though it is time to end this. I will respond to this topic no more, simply send back the parts and get your refund like you said you wanted. Ok Jeff, you want to get your panties in a wad! Great, my have been that way for the last month trying to get a response out of you. We have offered to send you the pistons and you refused to take them. You offered to send us the cad program so we could take it to a machine shop locally, we do not have a machine shop with that capability. The reason I am pissed is you keep making promises and breaking them. If you were not going to cut the domes than just tell me to f@ck off. Thats the last message I left you, and thats exactly what I said "If you are not going to cut us a set of domes at least call me and tell me to f@ck off and I will leave you alone" Thats all you had to do. I have no complaints about the exhaust, I was only stating that I was not pre warned on the incomplete setup. No big deal on that, I finished it. I am glad however that you finally came out and tried to defend yourself though. This is the only way I can get anything out of you. As far as trying to make yourself sound like a hero here, give it up. The only thing I wanted to get a refund on was the heads, without the domes that you promised us six or seven times they are of no use to me. We cut the first set because YOU were telling us to, like it would be no big deal. Now YOU come out and tell me I f@cked them up, no sir, not gonna work. You have had my phone number this hole time, all you gotta do is call. Hell, you told Brian yesterday that they were cut and you had to drop the o-ring size for clearance! Is this true? Or just more BS. I'll tell you what, you refund my amex for what you feel is a fair price on a set of head shells that have the girdle bolts drill out to 10mm, and I'll ship them back to you. As far as the domes we "f@cked up" I need a good trot line weight anyway.

This is the post you made......."At this point the only thing I want out of Jeff is my money back. I am tired of being lied to. If he would have just told us he couldn't pull it off it would have been no big deal. If you have had a good experience with Jeff then I am happy for you, didn't work out for me so much. As for the whole story being told in this thread, I lived the story and have no reason to lie about it. If Jeff wants to come on here and defend himself that is fine. Or, he could return our phone calls! Anything. We are not the only ones getting this kind of treatment so I shouldn't be surprised.



You are getting refunded.....it is what you said you wanted. Oh, and no hero here. It would be a lot easier if you would let the guy who owns the ski do the deals(not three of you).....you blew it for him!!!! Just send the parts. I will send you the call slip for UPS and pay for the shipping.

jeff when i called you intially and told you our intentions and what pistons we had you said you had "bad azz" new heads that we should use for our project and you would cut the domes for it with a "nice hit"- you also said you new the guy on greenhulk who got us the pistons and were familiar with them- i believed you and said i would take a set and YOU never delivered on what you said you would do with the heads- IF YOU COULD NOT BUILD THE RIGHT HEADS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE IN THE FIRST PLACE ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS SAY YOU COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i guess this is the only way you can pay the rent- if i was you i would FIRE myself- im sorry i thought you might be cool like most of people ive met on here- i was mistaken my fault- honestly your pipe is very nice- well looks nice i cant say how it performs- the heads are paperweights- cool looking paperweights- well they will be cool looking paperweights once we grind off the waterdawg logo- good luck with your future lying.............i mean sales.

Well I tried to call you Jeff...........................no answer. You did however answer when Brian called. Would you like to tell everyone how now you say the domes are ready and you refuse to sell them to us?

As for screwing things up for Brian, wrong answer. You seem to enjoy trying to make him feel bad telling him how I screwed this up. Since Brian and I have been friends for the better part of 15 years I don't really think he is going to side with you. Your shady business practices are what brought this to a head, I'm with Yamahammer, you should fire yourself.

This thread is such a joke. Just send the parts back and get your refund. Then you and curry can go your oposite ways and not do business w/ each other again. Sanding WDK off the head is a joke. Flamming someone so publically and still expecting them to kneel to your every command is just not practical. Likewise flamming someone so publically and still using his parts is obserd. If you feel so wronged get your refund and walk. No damage done...........but you want to keep the exhaust b/c no one else makes it. :bs2: The way I see it this whole deal started over your faliure to effectivly blueprint this motor. Anything over 87mm on a stock cylinder is putting you in the RED zone for head o-ring failure. You don't know the information to get this motor running correctly on paper much less in the real world..........and that is not WDK fault. Sorry, that is just my .02 and I have to call :bs2:

I would like everyone to know that we never asked for a bargain price, never. I do regret that it has come to this, its not good for anybody. I do however refuse to be made out like a bad guy on this one. I have tried to work with Jeff, but he refuses to. Thats the bottom line. I realize fully that we are building something nobody else has, isn't that the idea? We were just trying to get the most power possible out of the motor and if it lit..........we really wouldn't care. Now that we can wash our hands of this we will be looking for other options on a big bore head. We will keep you posted.

Easy for you to say, at least he will answer the phone when you call. The exhaust keeps coming up in this and I'm not sure why. I posted that he gave us a special price because it was not finished, he however failed to tell us that until we received the item. I guess I should have just bent over and took it in the ass and waited another six months to a year to get my parts, now I have to call :bs2:

i have to agree. i have never dealt with jeff, but i am with riverrat. send it all back not just the parts you can't use. if you don't want to use his parts send them all back. if this is soo bad why would you want any of his parts on your boat. that is just advertising for him. or sell the exhaust to mile he has the fx1 prepeg hull. i can understand why you are upset, but cut ties totally with him. you know every time you see that exhaust you will remember this problem.

I will have to put my input on this ,why would he send the pipe back,obviously it came basically in pieces which means a lot of tacking,cutting fitting and welding went into it to make it work properly.I have seen pics of Bobs work and he does a great job,I am sure the pipe took some time to do ,so much so that its a Bob pipe not a WDK pipe now and you think he should just send it back.I call:bsflag: on this one.

i was just saying what jeff said. send every thing back and he will get a full refund. if bob could have done the entire pipe then jeff would not be involved in the pipe, but since jeff sent the pipe, regardless of what else was done by bob, he said all the parts. this needs to be dealt with between them not any one else. what they do about the welding and work the bob put in to the pipe is up to them.
