Also quick question -- I had the pipe bolted up to the spec torque of 13 ft-lb and the bolts backed out due to vibration on my first run. This in turn ruined the gasket. When you guys build these up, do you use locktite on the bolts? What about the bolts for the exhaust manifold to the cylinders - do those get any locktite?

The Factory Pipe torque specs for the three manifold to headpipe is 30 ft lbs. you torqued them to the manifold to cylinder specs which is not sufficient.

Jetmaniac?

New to this forum and up to late, but how do I PM you? Been on Green Hulk for years and getting back to a 2 stroke blaster that I finally found after a year of searching. I would love some advice and it came from Green Hulk Forum... HELP.... They said contact Chris at Jetmaniac?....Here I am, the 94 blaster runs and water tested all stock except for stop start switch and really know salt corrosion . Only thing I have seen is corrosion from fresh water in exhaust which I believe is normal for a +20 yr old blaster. I want to do a full restore on it and going to take my time , the hull is stripped clean including electronics accessories and jet pump.. What I really want is some advice and some services that you offer,, I hope you see this post and DAMN I have to get to bed bro...
