the pink numbers are interim since I will be having some graphics made...

although I dig pink...the numbers were MASSIVE 3" per state law but i didnt realize how large they were until I pulled them out of the box Friday night...the initial font was much smaller I suppose...should have paid more attention at checkout

that being said...i had to run them to ride on Saturday and they are HUGE as you can see

FUEL SIDE QUICK DISCONNNECT OPINIONS

I purchased all new quick disconnects for my fuel lines and primer lines. They are from colder with SS parts and rated for fuel. I will be replacing the o-rings with viton o-rings.
--------------I already had to pull the carbs to figure out a fuel leak issue. My primer lines were too large.

I want to use all quick disconnects for ease of use.

Here's my question:

Would it be ok to to use a quick disconnect for my pulse line?

(PLEASE NOTE: I have some couplers coming in that have higher nominal flow rate than some of the cheaper types)
I have heard that you want the pulse line as short as possible.

Any caveats to this setup for the pulse lines?

Any issues in general, with fuel rated quick disconnects with viton o-rings?

I really want a quick disconnect setup on my fuel side if possible...

X-METAL POLE PINCH BOLT SETUP WITH POLE SPRING

Pole bolts were drilled through. Then they were linked together with a white sleeve or pvc and then the spring over that. I think the spring had a blue hose over it to protect the pole area on the ski.

1. Who has the freak with the x-metal pole bolts with the pinch bolt setup?

I can't find it for the life of me...I have been looking all morning and I want to try and copy this setup if possible.

I want to try and find a place to purchase the pinch bolts to have it made...I keep looking with no luck either...

mcmaster, home part stores..ha, etc...

its curved to match the ski but I was wondering if you guys just use a straight template and use the heat gun to make the curves?
