Epoxy used to fill casting voids(areas that factory leave for various reasons... Less manufacturing costs mostly.. ) added support/structure to achieve shapes one desires.. and strength...

As someone who has been around jetskiing longer than most (23 years now), I'd suggest you step away from the keyboard for a minute because you're just making yourself look dumb.

To paraphrase your post above: it's not about flow in the cases, it's more about flow from the reeds that are in the cases to the transfer ports that are connected to the cases.

Air must get to the combustion chamber. With the least amount of resistance/distortion. Throughout intake process it is not a straight "flow"

Two stoke... Up/down... Once all intake charge is "in". Piston goes down and creates "primary"compression whichs causes "charge" to go different ways to the the place it has to go...the combustion chamber... Not the same "flow"as like a 4 stroke..

It actually is migrate is a better word than flow because it described more of what's its ACTUALLY doing

I guess 4-strokes are just free flowing setups then? No up/down, no valves or anything that control air?
