Surfriding Kevins Area 51 super surf hull TWEEKER X-TREME build ....... maybe

I'm bringing it down ...... It's yellow can't miss it ! Look me up I'd love to meet the original owner or 5 . I don't think I would do as WIDE a rail for a lake ski. Guess it depends on how short you go and how much rocker front and rear.

was cool talking to you about your build,I liked everything about it,makes me wana get frankenstein on my sj,Ive ridden everything and keep leaning back towards my sj, Id love to have a a/m light sj with a nose and tail rocker cut in with slight wider rails tapered towards the back to stock.shortened 2 inches, and wide tray...all the alternatives either are too heavy or wont rail a turn to save their lives..

hey kevin. we didnt get to formally meet but i was standing with lucas and carter when you and nancy were pulling that freak out of the van. i just wanted to say i was super impressed with what you did with your ski and wish i could have found you earlier to take it for a spin.

very very nice work.

Was bumping my build with an update and see where I missed a post from Zach...... Well sorry I'm 9 months late ....from posting after Daytona . The good news is I'm not pregnant . Anyway sorry I missed you I was in a crazy hurry as I was about to be charged 300 bucks for another day at the house we rented.

Well... Decided to take 3 inches off the tweeker making it a total of -4. Have always thought it could have stood being shorter..... Hope I'm right.

Might have set a record ..... Took me 4 days start to Finnish and its not a hack job. I used nylo board to make end cap plugs and glued them in a few layers of 1208. The bottom was cut 3 and the top deck was trimmed 3 as well. In addition I re shaped the rear to more of a swoopy shape for less drag. Found some yeller paint at the depot that is close...... Called it a day.

Me likely likely .... Turns much faster... Slides flat but breakes easer. I can't see a down side to -4 on my set up wish I had done it earlier .

Ed .... Where ever there is epoxy resin you will find me..... Where ever there is itchy fiber glass dust I will be there .... Who was that dust mask man

Looks good! I didn't follow the whole build but saw the pie cut in the beginning then probably saw something shiny and walked away. Saw it quickly in Daytona and it looked great! I was there with Zack and I was grabbing a Superfreak shirt when Tem handed you your Circus. My ski broke Zack so he couldn't ride yours... Sorry Zack
Are you riding Hugo next weekend with the Tweaker?

It's the Tweeker maaaannnn..... its never done.

The -4 was good , it rode with the nose higher at lower speeds so with most short hulls you have to ride it ... No ass dragging around if its rough ( like it was this weekend). Turns on a dime and gives you a nickel change. I had to make a couple of adjustments on the steering to slow it down it turned that much faster.

All in all I should have cut it -4 when I built it...... Stay tuned for some more tweaking .
