Just sent almost $3K to JetManiac for the Torrent kit, midshafts, trim etc! Le sigh haha, but I'm excited!
Thanks for the impeller size input, I'll see what JM says as well.

Not sure how yours is but my ratchet was intended to mount to the hood...failure usually occures with the hood hooks...to me it was pointless because when you flop the hood can still pop off. run your ratchet from hull to hull so it straps the hood on rather than strapping the hood to one point.

You run a strap from the front and the rear crossing over atop the ratchet at the same time. Just make sure both side have about the same tightness before tightening. Also makes a make shift tow strap. I hook it to the same spot as my pole limiter.

Looks like the H2O pump has the 7/12 option so I guess I should go with that? Few people run the Group K engine so my research turned up little to nothing. JM said 6 or 7 / 12 to 14 should be good.

Really depends on how hard the groupK pulls/power curve, never ridden one.
My buddies 771 pulled the 7/12 well in a rickter. I've heard group K make good mid to top, so maybe a 6/14.

Or maybe a 6/15 cutback 5mm, but run a thick washer and space it closer and closer to load the pump harder/dial it in.

Either way your be close if you go with JM said.

I run a GroupK 718 61-X with a 7/14. Thing pulls really hard the whole way. Feels like it has a little much in the top end ( thing hauls azz!) but hits well in the low end as well. Eats gas like a v-12 biturbo. GroupK does a great job IMO. A lot of their builds basically say stick with stock head, stock water box, stock ignition.

dynafly 19/23.5 and set speed records

your prop pitch will also be determined by your reduction nozzle size. I think you should try to get ahold of groupK and ask them just make sure they know its not for racing lol

I'm going to go with the 7/14. Getting the RRP trim and reduction nozzle setup.
The Group K kit was for freestyle and came with an impeller, but it is for a stock SJ pump.

i think you will spin that prop like a top with that bigger motor you are using! i had a 701 ported in my predator and ended up spinning a 9/17 we ended up with a 12/18 need to remember your ski is shorter than most! like to see how it works though!
