I'll have some more 50cal surf pics in the next few weeks.

I also think that a January delivery made it tough to want to get out in the ice and ride. It's getting warm now so likely to start seeing a lot more pics and post regarding the RTPs.

For those curious about warranty and parts... I had a pin on my front cover connector arc out for some reason. It's for the stator. Our best guess is that the pin became dislodged when the plug was connected and had a bad connection at 70v. I could still ride but it wasn't charging my battery so I just charged it manually. I'm at 5.5hrs.

I talked to Chris as soon as I found it and he was prompt on the response. This was a Saturday. He checked with Nick to verify the diagnosis on Monday. They sent me a brand new stator, the pass-through adapter, and the wire harness that runs to the ebox. I had it to my door from Australia within 2 weeks I think (it's not my only ski anyway). Very easy. There was supposed to be tons of spare parts sent in the first shipment of hulls last summer, but I have no idea what parts they are. Hopefully they are continuing to build up stock in NJ.

That's good to hear

Good to hear Krash is honoring warranty but I would hope they start stocking more of those components domestically. Sounds like you were down for about 3 weeks in total, and for a lot of people whom may only have 1 ski, that can be 1/4 of their riding season. Hopefully Krash starts stockpiling thoae parts in NJ like they said they were going to, sooner than later.

Overall though, glad to hear you got it fixed and realtively pain free. Also love the stator fixed to cover, saves so much time and frustration :)

Take your bow mount and lower it and turn 90 degree's then put pin through the bow eyelet (U Bolt) on the ski to lock it down to the trailer.
It won't fit that way, the hole through the loop on the hull is too small. This works well because I shuffle skis on trailers a lot, so it's easy to switch from this to another. 3M clear bra on the nose and the poly roller are working good together without causing marring.

That's a good idea for a ski that can fit like that though.

Yeah, that's sometimes the risk with being an early production customer.

Its definitely been disappointing with all the delays after being told the beginning of May, the end of May, beginning of June, end of june and now hearing mid July.

Yup got this last week. It's pretty disappointing since that's half the summer gone
