That H2O waterbox looks like its 1/3 the thickness of the krash box. This thing goes back deep into the nose.

Welp.. turns out you cant build a midshaft like a pump.. tried freezing the shaft and sliding it into a hot housing... Giggity, and this is what i ended up with..
Oh and fixed my breather tube issue, only after busting every knuckle twice and several curse words...

Should be able to press the midshaft in cold, done it many times.
Are you running a full size tank? If so, those breather tubes won't fit between tank and waterbox. They need to be in front of the waterbox.

Im just running a cart tank for now, a full size would be a pain to fit in there with the hood lock system.
I tried pressing it in cold "sat in the fridge for almost a week" and It got stuck about half way in..

It looks like you separated the rubber from the inner bearing housing. You have the wrong seal on the rear. You need a double lipped seal without the spring in the back. Is that a Krash housing? It doesn't look like any I am familiar with.

That's a big ass cart tank lol. Looks like you got those hose to the side. How did you decide on the size of your ride plate? How much trim adjustment can you get by screwing adjuster all the way in Vs all the way out? Just a rough idea will do. Looks awesome and now that you have everything you should be up and running by weeks end ?

Lol I threw the tank in there to see if it would fit, It rubs on that tab thing pretty badly so I probably wont run it. I got the rideplate measurements from Chris so hopefully itll ride nicely.
The trim ring hits the reduction nozzle and is maxed out unless i do some dremel/ grinding work.

I got the Cold Fusion 5 gallon tank in black. Chris said he was running that tank with no problems. That's a boat load of trim! Look out seagulls and pelicans.

Did another quick mock up
Interesting bend in that silicone exhaust tube. Did it come from Krash? I suspect the upward bend helps both clear the battery and helps reduce water back flow into the water box.

What I ment by cold press, is no heating or freezing. But if you put it in the deep freeze, it should fall right in. Something must not be right.
Maybe it's a illusion, but looks like the inner housing is coming apart from the rubber.

Did you get your steering cable in? That's an extremely tight radius you have. Not sure the end of the steering cable will make it through...
