RN wb and thru hull exhaust are bigger than SN/FX1. I've had good luck finding couplers on summitracing.com, we have been using the vibrant performance ones in a friends FX1 to run a type 4 with a stock rn wb. The ones I've used seem to be better quality than the factory b couplers.

Thanks for the info!!
I have a gen 1 x-metal waterbox and the hose does not fit that, if the RN is bigger then that then there is no way it would ever fit. I could see the hull side connection being bigger though. if the hose end openings were flipped it would fit perfectly!

siliconeintakes.com has some reducers you could use pvc as couplers if needed.

the xp is gonna need to go to dealer for that then.

might have a solution to remedy the exhaust with materials on hand but will need to mock it all up to make sure it will work.

yea I know, need to schedule an appointment somewhere, maybe call rosenau and have them do it, can stop there after work since i drive past everyday

What are you using for your long exhaust hose? I believe the gen 1 x-metal box is 2.5" OD which is same as RN wb outlet and thru hull.

I really like how it rides and it performs better then I ever thought it would. Granted I haven't rode many different skis I must say that it is the most stable ski I have ever rode. I have been having a blast riding it so far :)

Even my little guy likes it and likes to be pushed around on it :)

It rides pretty good for a cut up square. It does feel on the heavy side when riding though, but it is pretty nimble and you can certainly though it around. I think it is capable of boat wake flips with the 701, it's definitely short enough!
