Warm day today...working out side was prime vs in shop. Getting hull ready for pump.

Pump lined up perfect, no issues at all.

Installed my HBC Titanium drivshaft, dropped about 1.5 lbs vs Lenzi's

Next will be installing trim cable and steering cable.

Man this thing is short...looking forward to testing this thing...about 3 inches shorter than q8.

What ride plate?...haha. As far as the pump you would havto call and get retail price, Malone helped me out on that setup. Yes it is a Kawi pump.

WOW that pump sticks out the bottom deck far!!!!! whats the length of the bottom deck. i can reach arm to arm on my q8 i thought that was short. thats crazy short
