Here's my "dollar general" SN bracket w/ mods for a RN pole conversion. Held up all last year. PVC for spacers. I left the stock hood hooks in place and ground the width in half to allow pole clearance and used a hood strap system to secure it all down. My hood managed to stay in place minus one time. Had I not been so ready to finish last year I might have moved the brackets outside the pole, but didn't want to drill the bracket anymore. Anyone using blowsion hood hooks? They look more narrow than the stockers and may fit the inside of the RN pole without mods.

Is that CRX in the background of the second pic the mule to pull those ski's? It looks like it matches the wifey's ski. JK.

Not mine. That pic is at the shop. Not sure who owns that junk. lol. I pull my skis with a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When not in the Jeep, I drive a 2006 Ford Mustang GT Premium.

dont go knocking on the crx,i used to pull my three place trailer with a sj b1 and a raider to the lake and back home every day with one. i would get a round of applause as i pulled them out of the water with my 16s spinning and the car going from left to right screaming for a little traction:bow28:

I used to rock a CRX back in the day...had an 84 CRX. I ran the hell out of that beast. Had 250K miles when I unloaded it. Only needed a clutch, brake pads and oil in 6 years of abuse. My boys used to call it "The Roach." However, that one in the pic is rough. R.I.P. if urs looked like that...nothin' a little duct tape won't fix.
