making tools will consist of nothing more than chopping down a couple of SAE allens and making them into sockets..but you will want the length custom..
Ummm... stores have tools like that.

So... if you are a manufacturer, or own one of these hulls, please leave us some feedback on the product. I'm sure there are many of us that would love to read a quick review on the likes and dislikes from people that actually ride them.
With that being said, here is what i have found:

Be great if we could get all the weights on the list as well???
none of the weights are going to be exact..
they are going to depend on how the customer wants it built.....and even then you are only going to get an estimate
I think most of the builders don't really know how much it will weigh until it comes out of the mold.

I can say I know what everyone of the parts weigh before they come out within 1 or 2 lbs on the hull. Further I have been within 2-3 lbs of the number figured on paper for every new laminate schedule before the first one was ever built, then weighed. The numbers are kept for a reference just for knowledge along with a build schedule, step by step pics of the material lay down and many notes. This compulsive disorder comes from the love I have for this stuff, it is a very interesting trade. The skies the limit of what someones mind can do with the materials that are available today.I think most of the builders don't really know how much it will weigh until it comes out of the mold.
