Well the front sponsons were amazing. You can dig so hard!!!!

I had the nozzle about straight then moved it up to around 1*. Straight the back end wasn't digging hard enough and tried to slide more. Not sure if I'm even gonna use the rear sponsons. Im very happy with it right now.

No I haven't. I know I was getting killed by the Sxr on the straights last weekend in the super rough water conditions we had.

It was rough as heck, 15mph winds lol

I had the same issue last weekend. We had three foot rollers all over the course, I held my own in the corners but I was constantly being pitched on the straights. Would have won some heats if I had been able to stay attached to my ski going straight.

Nice. I had to race limited class, so it pissed me off when I pulled a hole shot, kept in first out of the first set of corners, then wasn't able to plow through any chop coming at me from the side, just got tossed and got passed.

This was in sparks. Only new super jet at the race. A 650 and 2001 rn haha. That's me after the race tired and just about to barf haha

Dude you rode really well out at Somerville! I thought you had me so many times, some great racing. I'd rather it be a challenging competition and get second than just leading out front with nobody near.

Superjets handle better than SXRs IMO, but the SXR has a little bit more umph from the engine...though it is needed since the damn thing weighs so much and has more hull to drag through the water. But that weight helps in chop...where racing always is.

I ALMOST rode my husband's Superjet because my SXR was bogging (and still is) after the fuel pump rebuild. I have no fkn clue what is wrong with it. At least it only completely died on the start once unlike Baytown. Doubt I'll figure it out before Keystone, still iffy if we can get off work to go. Might have to leave after work Saturday, drive 8 hours and show up to race only on Sunday.
