Here is an update on my title for the KTM.
Katie and I went to court today for my lawsuit against the yahoo I purchased the motor cycle off of. I think every thing went quite well, the judge called the defendant a criminal quite a few times and also recommended that he signs my new title because what he was doing was considered a criminal act. I should have the judgment in a few days on the money the defendant owes me for the unpaid taxes and late fees. Then all I have to do is collect.

Going to call the circuit clerk today and see about garnishing his wages. I called him the other night and of course he didn't answer. He has till tomorrow to contact me or file an appeal.
On a good note my title came the other day so the bike is actually mine now. I need to purchase a DOT rear tire and get it inspected to get a plate.

If he didn't want to pay taxes when the bike was his-I figured he wouldn't want to pay his taxes when the bikes wasn't his anymore. So now the hassel of trying to get Mark's money.

He called the other night with a sob story, he is laid off and can only make payments so we agreed on 50 bucks a month. We shall see Ill bet I don't see the first check. I did called his work but couldn't get any info on him. So it continues....... I do feel bad though if he is really laid off I hate to ask for money.
