Freestyle Looking for 62t 760 freestyle specifics 64x Decking Porting

So I am about to reassemble. What elevation are you at? I'd like to see how close your jetting will be to mine. I am running a factory pipe...with basically the same set up.

I was. But I got a NYNJA pipe setup. With the c4 chamber. And I still think I'm a touch rich but it's getting better each time I turn the high speed screws in. I just got my tach so I will try and tune with it a little. I have a super slight lag coming out of a no wake zone. I'm not really trying to get it spot on right now since I hope to be putting total loss in next week. Then I get to start over.

Yes I figured it would be rich. But I prefer to start there and lean out until I get it just right. I am still having some carb issues (they were bought from a friend) but I was able to get the motor to start up off of primed fuel. Damn this thing has torque. It was actually stretching my motor mounts while being revved. Absolutely never did that before the port work and milling of the cases.

So I am having issues with my carbs. I cannot get the motor to run without priming fuel. I'll check pop off...man your numbers on pop off seem high. However you motor is running and mine is not :).

Are you running a fuel selector switch. If so by pass it. And see if the issue continues. Me and Josh thought I was having carb problems when I first got my motor together turns out the fuel selector was bad. I had had no issue with it prior.

No fuel selector at all...I deleted that years ago. Already tried choking the motor and it didn't work. HOWEVER.... I handn't done a pop off test on these carbs as they had been previously rebuilt by a buddy of mine. He had struggled with them for months but decided he had low crank case pressure as even a new set of carbs wouldn't work on his motor.

Last night I pulled a pop off test and had to do it three times as I was shocked at the number. 68psi pop off...LOL!!!!!! unfortunately I only had one 2.5 seat laying around but I got pop off in the 28/27 psi range on one of the carbs. Hopefully I can pick up another 2.5 today and get it dialed in.

Motor was stretching mounts when I was blipping the throttle previously...I think she gonna be a torquey BEAST!

So I am gonna start my jetting at 135 high and 115 low jets. I started the high speed screws at 1.75 and low speed at 1.25...any thoughts?
Set rhe low screws at idle, the popoff will determine where they end up. Tune the top screws for best acceleration. 115 pilots will need low popoff, just make sure it sputters at 1/4 throttle. If it sounds clean its too lean.
