low rise handlebars

hell yeah... I riding the FX1-Pro was soooooo fun... made me not want to get back on mine... It's a lot like a superlight freestyle ski, it launched like mad!!!!!!

if youre not paying attention you could shoot that ski right out from under you like a missle of the top of a wave

never been on anything so FAST in the surf..:Banane13: the setback pump really makes a huge difference!

Was also looking at a couple of differnt turnplates last night with E...I think a set of RRP bars will bolt up to the old style WDK turnplate no problem, and it should clear the chinpad with no trimming! just need to get some dirtbike adaptors....

Nick,I tried a few and find that about a 3.5 rise is about best. They are a bitch to find with no sweep though.the bends arnt steep enough outa the clamps,so theres no room for start stop and trim handle together,I switched to a jss flat switch and it looks good though.

Scott, nice to see the fx is finally gettin wet, what % increase ya feel like your gettin from the scream motor>?

NIcks bars had a bit of sweep..didnt make one bit of difference

the F1 is awesome...wont have the TS motor though til this weekend!

sweep wont make a diff if you run them straight up,because they will sweep back only, there is more than one point to riser bars than just lowering the pole,if you want any adjustability out of them, sweep wont cut it,the sweep will go down the further you pull them back. 0 sweep gives you very fast pole adj,the angle never changes

what motor you runnin in the fx?

Mat, I copied and pasted the Renthal chart into Excel. Then I just divided each measurement by 25.4 to convert all the measurements from milimeters to inches.

But yeah tire sizes confuse me as well. I normally just Google a tire size converter...

What's it take to fit the RRP 1 1/8th bars on a 7/8 plate? Just enlarge the bar clamps or will the bolts still not clear?

If not someone needs to hurry up and sell a cheap short plates with the wider bar mounts so the RRP bars can be used.

I've been wanting to run this similiar set-up but like MasterBlaster don't want bars with a lot of sweep & rise to them.

or better yet just make strong 7/8 th bars with the right bends and call it done, end the search for bars elsewhere..........x metal..........you out there

looks pretty high dollar to me,not to mention super short, most all of us have a steering system we are already happy with, just $30 away from the perfect handle bar.

well i guess its not that cheap but if you need the whole shebang like i did it doesnt make sense to buy other stuff and modify to make it work
