Pump inserts are in, bulkhead is infusing, and the motor mount inserts are curing. Had to do some grinding on my inserts. They were about 3mm too tall and the left side was too wide.

(Yes, I am going to grind out that last bit of peel ply/infusion mesh)

How do you plan to finish the inside? visual or pain?

Once everything is mocked up and bonded, all of the mounts will be vac bagged with a layer of 19.7oz carbon. The motor mounts will only have carbon up the sides, the top will show the blue anodized finish. After that, honeycomb carbon is going to finish it off. It will be hand laid and vac bagged w/o peel ply or breather/bleeder cloth.

The foothold wells I plan on doing the blue visual twill with the rails anodized in blue. The actual footholds I plan on having visual honeycomb on the outside.

Tubing is in. Still need to get inserts for the engine bay and intake grate set up. I also need to do something about the ugly off white PVC where the recessed scupper is.

I was debating anodizing the exhaust tip. Went with just polishing it instead. All aluminum in the engine bay is anodized blue.

Finally looking like a jet ski. Test fitting the pfp to check if the lowered pole bracket area interferes. Very tight fit, but everything clears.
