Nothing related to the ski really. It's torn down right now waiting on new pipe, total loss, and high compression domes.
Flame arrestors were too tall for this hull. The hood lip is just at a terrible height that interferes with just about any FA. So I'll be rocking my SS 12 mesh and hose clamps for now.

Also the infusion failed on the parts, leaving a rough looking finish. The one time I don't leak test the bag is the one time I have a leak. Go figure. I'm still going to clear coat it and post a picture.
I highly doubt I will ever produce these for sale. Using a wet layup and b side molding compressed into the laminate is the only time effective way to do it. Infusing takes about 5-6 hours total (3 parts to these). Wet layup with a b side would take ~2 hours. I do have files to have A and B side molds CNC cut from aluminum blocks, but the upfront cost is pretty high. I would need to sell ~50 units at $125 per flame arrestor to pay off the mold costs. It's not a good investment right now. They do look pretty badass though.
Focus right now is getting the last details on the poles done so we can start selling them. Here is the last test pole.
The first production pole is being made now. Had to revise the layup in order to fit the breather location on the rrp bracket. Custom bushings are being turned from Delrin and custom pinch bolts are in the works. Going to either layup a final visual layer of either honeycomb or 4x4 twill. I wanted to do 4x4 V twill, but my supplier was out of stock.
