Two more hours today brings total to 17. Cleaned up the end caps with a dremel on the inside to get ready for glass and prepped it for glassing in brass 1/8" hull drains. No pics today.

Four more hours. Total is 21 now. I got stupid and cut the front for more foot room in surf stance for goofy and regular. Did the same for the rear. The tray will be lowered. I trimmed some length off the tray and got the inside and out all roughed up with a dremel so it is ready for glass now. Next is glassing in the rear pieces, then 5200 and all the scupper and steering tube and exhaust install, then glass sides back together, then polystyrene, then glass a new lowered tray. Ugh.20140412_164520.jpg20140412_164544.jpg 20140412_164602.jpg 20140412_164612.jpg 20140412_164635.jpg 20140412_164729.jpg 20140412_164806.jpg 20140412_164842.jpg

Holy hell, That girl forsure helped me get really far over the 4 years I learned how to ride and land on my head in the surf. I can not count how many hours I have had into that hull. Re glassings and reinforcements, 3 turf jobs, 2 hoods, 3 different poles, 2 pairs of tubbies, 2 complete gelcoat jobs, 2 full paint jobs. Great ski lots of memories and I love what you are doing to her now. im subscribed. keep it up guys! Now someone buy my friggin matrix it looks the same with all these things done to it and newer! ha
