Surfriding Mark Gomez superjet gets some love

Waaaaaaay more than 30 ish hrs. However I could do it in 1/4 of the time second go around. Shane is more of a gluten for punishment IMO.

I think I speak for most tweekers on the board when I say it's the lack of an adequate sanding area that really is a pain when building. If I had a big down draft table and a real place to work it would be 1000 % easer.

Nice work dog ..... Only missing a front foot hold. If sportfish said jump off a bridge ....... And for the record I have never said "orta to do".

It has a front foot hold. Pancake style but different. I'm just not gonna cut in a recessed one. My bad Kevin, it must have been "if it was me, I would go ahead and......."

Pack it up. Pack em in. Let me begin. Using polystyrene cause anything else is a sin. I came to win. Don't wanna ever open this damn tray again.

Didn't get much done this weekend. I actually have a life you know. 20140504_134115.jpg

l think l have about that much time in my freak build!
Because you didn't have to do any deconstructing before you assembled! Lol

Or any custom cutting, shaping, or shortening. You had it easy.

Finished polystyrene. Poured a little foam to lock it in and level tray. Decided to use some parts from old tray since I'm running low on biax. Saving inserts for foot strap too. Tray will be lower. 20140506_161303.jpg 20140506_190133.jpg 20140506_190157.jpg
