Last night while working on skis I was ribbing Matt for not trying a BR at Long Beach. He said that he would definitely do one at Lincoln City next weekend and then state that he was gonna try a BF. . . I told him that I'd post his claims so that he could not back down and that if he did we would all call him a wuss. . .

matt, the less you commit, the more it hurts. just keep that in mind.

suck up your nuts and just pin the throttle open on a wave that's just about to or just started breaking.. vertical at least.. a little past vertical will help you even more for learning..

thats the only advice i can give.
