ah gotcha, the msd are not resistor caps from what i can remember, you think that had anything to do with it? i don't think that it would harm anything by running non resistor plugs. just might stop your heart. haha.

Running non-resistor plugs messes with digital ignitions in a very bad way. The resistors in either plugs or terminals will cut down the radio-frequency interference.

what if one was to run radio resistant insulated wires with resistor caps and non resistor plugs, i read that the rf signals from the plug do not escape the engine, and as long as you have resitor caps/wires it is okay. i wonder what your thoughts are on this. so you think that this has screwed up the brain? or something totally different?

It doesn't matter if the suppression happens in the plug, terminal, or wire.
This caused my initial problems with back firing but it's very unlikely it has anything to do with my current issue.

Mitsubishi, same coil as the Superjet coil. Just different wires.
I fixed it for now. Runs great.

That kicks ass Matt. Your almost there.

I picked up my restrictors from Cameron. Ran my fuel lines and briefly fired the motor!! Man it's a relief to hear it run. Depending on if the post office quits f@cking around with my handle pole I might have it all together in the next few days.
