I need a better helmet. I got a protect that I like but it's not full face. My other full face was crap and it sits bad and rides up so I can't see the nose of my ski well. Helmets are good but I don't wear mine all the time.

I wear mine all the time and feel naked without it. Ya never know when that perfect wave is going to come your way and you want to throw something big. It gives me more confidence for sure. And it's saved my azz a few times. I've got some pretty good scratches and dings in it. Knocked myself a bit dingy even with it on once. It just blows me away seeing really good riders not wearing helmets... I look at it as days numbered til you get messed up. My worthless .02. Damm glad Matt had his on, cuz that could have REALLy sucked balls.

There are very rare times where I have been out without a helmet....usually to test something. I never hit aerials without it though. I have gone as far as ignoring an impromptu v-wake.

Anyways, I got three pins now for the next four weeks. It's starting to hurt.

Get well soon Matt, you have inspired me to keep my helmet on, I've had a few of those get offs trying flips and lucky I did have a helmet on those times..

Well YEAH!! They just sliced through the flesh of your broken finger to set the jagged bone in place then they drilled 3 holes through your skin and bone and drove some stainless spikes in to keep it fused together! It may "just be a finger" but that little guy has gone through a lot lately. Let loose man... It's ok to cry big guy

Yah they stick out the back of the hand. Cant see them though....all bandaged up. But the exit points are one major pain source.
