Heres a discussion: http://www.pwcforum.com/general-pwc-jetski-discussion/8430-2-stroke-runaway-explained.html

This happens usually when you have swapped an engine and the fuel lines are dry or if there is an airleak. Less fuel, more air = lean condition and away the engine revs. Last time I swapped an engine it started to runaway for just a sec. I immediately put my hands on the carbs to block the airflow and my friend pulled the throttel lever to WOT and the engine stopped. Primer also helps a lot to reduce the lean condition.

Good thing that compression is still good.

Honesty, no idea off the top of my head. They are custom cut domes for the 5mil stroke.

I have the same stroker as you and am currently using 56cc domes but have a set of 54cc on the shelf that I'm thinking about switching to. Good luck on your real estate deal, I'm currently in negotiations for a piece of Blufftop Riverview dirt myself. Hope the sellers for your dirt are more willing to deal than the clowns I'm dealing with.

Have not been following, has this been flipped yet rubber ducky?

Its been flopped countless times. Have had many very close attempts. I really need to get some video so I can see what I am doing wrong with my form. I think I know, but its hard tellin' not knowin'.

Plus I am not in a hurry to flip....it gives @Roseand extra time to beat me to the backflip and "put his money where his mouth is." :D:D
