I remember when the Hookers first came out, It was around 1776.............. LOL, More like 1476! That said, everyone was screaming get a 9/15...... They were running the old DASA cast cylinders, stroked motors........ I called Dave told him my spec. 84mm Big Bore 61X. His response "10/16". He was spot on. I later in life tried a 9/15, It bored holes in the water. Later had one pitched to 9.5/15.5, I had dropped back to an 82mm ported 61X. The 10/16 worked just fine with it, just tried to tweak it a bit with the custom pitch. If you have bone stock cylinders and pipe, 9/15. Any other mods, 10/16
1776 is not a real year that didn't exixt.

Paul said 9/15 or 10/16. I went with 10/16 after a second opinion. I have an LPW 735 Shredder top end and a b pipe along with a zeel, and a Solas 144 12v. I think 10/16 will be perfect.

You will need to see how quickly it jumps on the pipe and check peak rpm. The 10-16 can easily be pitched down, that’s all IMPROS did to make the 9-15.

10/16 should be the ticket. You can always add shims behind the impeller to loosen it up a little or bore your outlet nozzle. I added 2 mm in Shims behind my impeller and it loosened tye pump up just enough where it can quickly come on the pipe but not slip. A friend had a shredder 62t setup probably same as yours with 38s but he had a 9/15 with a bored nozzle maybe 2mm oversized. It was wayyy tooo loose in my opinion. It didn't cavitate or anything but I could feel the engine wanting more. But he could send it as well as I've seen with just a basic tried and true 701 setup..
