I don't drink. I don't party. I don't hang out or cause trouble. I date but I don't have a girlfriend.

So what am I suppose to do after work? Go watch television?

If I could ride my ski when I got home from work at 8:30, I certainly would. I've never passed riding my quad or my ski to wrench unless it was broken and I absolutly had to.

I enjoy the sport. When I can't ride, I'll build.

The sawzall has a mind of it's own!

Now that's quality fiberglass work. No need to sand the hull. Just put the glass down on the gelcoat. Brilliant!!!

No water inside of that hull. Nope, completely dry. Next time you work with fiberglass, just remember... If you glass over the gel coat, your foam can be this dry too.

Tom, Still think I should have used "The cool hull with the rear exhaust".

Work called and told me not to come in. So what do you do when you have time, no money and no way to make more money? Take it out on a X2.

Weeee... The sawzall is fun.

I broke the bulk head. That's not an important part, right? The ski will work just fine without it I am sure.

I split the hull at the engine compartment, and the pump. I cut off the rear bond rails because I'm going to make the decks flat. I cracked the bulk head but I think I would have to rework it anyway by the time I'm done. I cut out the seat area because it will be reworked.

I was surprised. The top deck is super light. The bottom deck is very heavy. I didn't expect the weith between the two haves to be so different. Maybe because th hood isn't there.. but still...

We are on our 3rd prototype, 4-5 yrs, $30-40K spent, I've been working full time on this for the last 1.5 yrs.

This is a radical PWC concept

I'm an Industrial Designer for 25+yrs. I'll tell you this, there is no better high than seeing your idea go from 'concept to product'.

I'm very protective of my ideas, but the 'catch' is; you need to bounce your concepts off people that are experts.

Research and ask the right ?'s
