Just watched the trailer for that. Looks pretty good. One thing I didn't see mentioned was fish ladders.

They talk about them but focus more on the hatchery system which is pretty funny. Being from the area the movie focuses on gives me a different perspective that the average viewer would have no idea about. It's a pretty liberal documentary that would leave most viewers with a pretty poor opinion of the hydroelectric system (understandably). Being a fisherman and recreating on the rivers made it interesting and I can understand both sides of the issue.

Watched Fury last night. I really enjoyed it.

I always assume that movies like Fury and Unforgiven, that have me saying, "man I'm glad I wasn't there back then", are fairly accurate for the time (not the specific story but the general feel).

You definitely want decent audio when watching Fury. It really helps put you in the movie.

Yea same with America Sniper.....it does not glorify anything....and actually makes you wish wars would finally *&%$^&$( end!

On a side note I switched to aljazeera America for news.....I never imagined it would be a "better" news station but it is by far IMHO. Fox and CNN are more commercials than news and the bias from each is obvious.

I really liked Al Jazeera America when it first came on, but now it's making that transition to a FOX/CNN type "news" network.

I've pretty much stopped watching televised news.

Yes it has gotten worse from day one as far as ads. But the news is real and does not sugar coat anything.....and it tends to feel unbiased. There facebook page posts on the other hand tends to be liberal crap.

Just saw Fury. Loved it. It somehow wasnt what I was expecting, but I'm glad for that. Also say Tammy.....dont waste your time.

interesting article about aljazeera banning their journalists from using the worlds terrorists, militant, islamist, and jihad.... It comes from a very biased conservative site though

Yea Aljazeera plays it safe on the TV side...mixing in enough to somewhat hide their bias. That ^ does not surprise me.

Man Sons of Liberty was entertaining and all but how do you not even mention Thomas Paine!!!??

Rewatched Lincoln last night. I love anything about Lincoln and or history. Daniel Day Lewis did a fine job. Y'all remember his break through movie? Last of the Mohicans. Good one. He's been in several I liked: The Crucible, The Boxer, Gangs of New York.
