Hmm
I also emailed them, my email and their response below.
So, 62t stuff probably won't work, as Wax said, 64x flywheel looking promising.

Hello,
Thanks for your interest in our products.
Your stator looks different from stator we know from Yamaha Superjet 700cc.
From the picture you can see it has external pickup, but yours have internal pickup.
Internal pickup can be problematic, because it gives "dirty" signal and CDI can have problem with it.
I'm not sure if you can use any of our CDI units.
Regards,
Borut

Hello
I'm intersted in using a Zeeltronic programable CDI on a Yamaha watercraft (a Superjet stand up ski)
The stock CDI on this motor uses a "pulsar coil" that is energized by the magnets on the flywheel/magneto. There are a total of four magnets, so I assume they are arranged with their poles in opposite directions so the "pulsar coil" sees a total of two positive and negative voltage pulses per revolution.
My understanding is they see around 4-5 volts peak, I have not yet had a chance to measure myself.
I'm wondering if this could be used to trigger the Zeeltronic.
I am looking at using a PDCI-11, if I understand correctly the unit could be programed for 2 pulses per revolution for wasted spark on a two cylinder motor.
Setting static advance could be tricky as there is no clear "sensor" and "trigger" to line up but I could set timing to some fixed angle and adjust until it comes out right with a timing light.
This is the "pulsar coil"
