Midshaft assy, brand new couch motor mounts, and jetmaniac water box/ exhaust tube installed


Jetmaniac freestyle ported 726 dropped in and shimmed/ adjusted...



Slowly but surely we are getting there!!! Getting excited!

More progress.. sponsons installed, handlpole assy mounted, water lines run. Upon installing my gas tank I noticed it somehow cracked at the pick up clamping position so had to buy a new gas tank... ugh... oh well....trying to have it ready by the weekend for one weekend of fun before end of riding season here.... Have to install hydroturf, mount front door hold hinge/cubby hole door, install new bond rail guards, and all small trim, drill holes for bilge and pisser's and plumb primer setup.. not much but adds up... Tested all wiring- engine cranks and new bilge pump and switch working flawlessly....

Finally more progress... Pancake Pete front foothold custom compartment and hydroturfed done.


Also With the extra fiberglass from the front foot hold on the dash area, the oem plastic nut that holds the fuel selector valve on was not able to properly grab the threads. so I bought a Stainless steel M22x1.50 9mm thick nut, had my buddy lathe it down about half way. Drill the hole in dash slightly larger to accommodate the the new nut. I'll try and get a better picture of of the custom nut but here it is test fitted...

So installing water restrictors on the line off the front of the head( that's going straight to a pisser) and one that's coming from the top Barb of bpipe to T ( to stinger) and then to pisser.. My question is should the restrictor be before or after the T to the stinger.. obviously not on the leg for the stinger as I'm running a fcv already.. if the restrictor is before the T before it will limit the water flow to the fcv as well so I'm assuming having a restrictor after T but wanted to confirm with everyone here since I'm somewhat of a noob about this... Thanks in advance..
