well... I made it a whole week without cutting up that perfectly good pro-tec ride plate...... Used an angle grinder with a cutoff wheel which sucked, but a flap wheel and DA cleaned it up nicely.
This was just prior to going on a sandblasting rampage...
I lost a lot of pix from my phone from that day unfortunately so I don't have the post-blasting pix...but I have a few pix that I texted a buddy that my phone saved in a different folder which wasn't corrupted.
Heres my ghetto diy powder-coating setup...

Yeah........ Should be pretty easy to find when it's at the bottom of the lake!
Camera doesn't do it justice, especially not indoors, but it is BRIGHT...It's not perfect by any means, but for diy it's decent...
I'd like to re-do a few pieces, some thin spots either due to poor application and/or over-curing (I think).
