Custom/Hybrid My long awaited RICKTER xfr build xfs

Good to hear the motormounts fit without modification, too many latenite beers maybe, haha? You got her built in record time Ryan and I think you owe those boys a few more for helping you! Good job guys!

any recommendations on ebox placement? we figured our the plates BTW. you have to mount the motor mounts to the bed plates on the motor before you place it in the hull. we tried flipping the hull to motormount plates every which way but never worked.

ok so we worked to after 2:00am last night on the rickter, having some shimming issues, i took today off and munki49,xjcrawler agreed to stay another night in hope that we could all take this thing for a rip today. of course i got called to a drilling rig this morning so these guys are working on this thing without me(amazing guys). I cant thank them enough. We were able to take a 2hr break last night to go for a little rip on matt's superjet, andrew's blaster, and the fiancai's FX-1. so that helped everyone i thinkWe had to modify the exhaust manifold by grinding it just by the powervalves in order to get screws in (will post pics soon)I believe we will be putting the ebox in the same spot as the stock setupwill keep ya posted and hopefully ride report soonhere is a pic of matt with the stock hood weight (just for curiosity's sake)IMG_1856.jpgIMG_1855.jpglast look at the crank

Wow is this thing fun to ride! Makes my superjet feel like a boat! And now my 771 feels like it has no power ha ha
