When you turf the sides be REALLY careful. You can do it all with one big cut piece, but it is not easy because you have to stretch it ALOT. It is hard to guess where to cut it so you kinda got to do it as you go along. I would find a way to do the front part of the sides with a 2nd piece. Mine tore about 1 inch on one side and was fine on the other. When I did Polanskis, it tore on both side and we had to patch it. Good luck!

Just go slow and make sure you have a heat gun because you really have to warp that turf. If you don't have one, borrow Rick Maus.

... Just make sure there is room for my size 13's in them foot holds... and hurry up already... You got 10 days left to finish it so I can take it :splatt: out when I get home... Man it's getting bad the hitch isn't even half over and I am already feeling sick being away from my ski... I want a stand-up now so bad!

Arghh anyways it looks freaking awesome... :fing02: Keep up the good work.

Man the more we look at this thing the more I love it. It is pretty badazz. Quality and attention to detail seem very high IMO. I am super stoked to ride this thing.

It is 120lbs with hull, foam and footholds + all hardware (pump shoe, rear pump mount, composite short ride plate, alum exhaust tube, motor mount bed plates, pole bracket (BADAZZ!!), 1 way pump dumper). It feels light!!

The hood is 14lbs with all hardware.

The pole will be 10 when I get it.

Turfin the rails tonight or tomorrow and then rippin my ski apart. Its flat anyway.

Anyone know where I need to mount my E box now? Everything else looks good so far.

Matt this thing is gonna be awesome... you got 7 days left to finish it though!... Are you gonna paint it at all or just use vinyl graphics on the white?

FYI, I'm evacuating to Houston, TX tomorrow for Ike... I should have a good internet connection in the hotel to upload photos from the storm / the move...

120lbs is sweet for a freeride boat. You should be lovin that thing once it's done.

Thanks man I wasn't sure about that. I am stoked beyond belief.

Finished the rails and turf last night.

It really brings out the lines of the hull. I'll post pics later.
