My situation with Mark @ Full Throttle/ 24-7

Yea it is all the same guy. It has been a bunch of things. TNT performance, Full Throttle performance, Now 24-7. He is the one that bought Magoos old shop in South Toms River, New Jersey.
Since this was a "half day" did he cantact you on the location of your crank shaft?

Another update: Still no crank.. I was told it was mailed out Monday October the 22nd heading to Jetworks. Monday is 3 weeks for a 5 day trip from Jersey to Calli.
I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General and have already been contacted by my case worker and I filed a complaint with the Trenton, NJ Better Business Beau. I am awaiting a call from them.
All of this could have been avoided by not lying... WoW what a concept the truth.... Why is it so hard to come by these days.

Thanks Charles.. I am pretty sure I am aggravating them.... I call about every other day.... I PM'd Pete and ask him to ask Mark again for me and Pete said that Mark swears that he sent it out... That is a long time to get to Cali. Maybe it went to Japan first....:lmao:

I'm in Jersey and there has been a lot of bad talk about Mark & Full Throttle lately. (from people that I trust)
Saw one of his porting jobs and it looked like it was done with a hatchet by a three year old. This turned into a threat of court action with alleged mis-use of CC but never heard anything else on it. (known fact)
The reason that he doesn't answer the phone is cause he's hardly there. (known fact)
Many people are assuming he's having money problems and has been doing side work elsewhere to make ends meet. Then trying to catch up with pending work when time permits. (speculation)
There are a ton of skis in and out of the premises, Same ones for a very long time now. (known fact)
Before this there was a lot of "good talk" about him and his work. Personally I have seen some really good work, but only junk recently.
My personal experience with him was that he was knowledgable and professional. Hopefully he can get his act together before its too late and make good with alot of people.

I contacted his DAD again..And told him that the lawyer I got charges $200 per hour.. I have a meeting tonight and that I won't be paying the $200 per hour because all I wanted is MY OWN stuff back. That he is making me get a lawyer and the bill will be his responsibility. So his dad called me the next day (yesterday) and said to email Mark and gave me an address. (the same one I keep emailing him on) So I emailed the scum bag again and told him that I have an appointment with an attorney that his Dad wanted me to email him. We'll see today... I just want a tracking number so UPS has to pay for this (am hoping that he still isn't lying)... YEA RIGHT We all know that it is running someone elses boat right now.
So we will see. I am calling his dad again today to see if he got my email. Before I have to write a $200 check for some guy to fight my battles for me because someone won't listen.... The really neet part is he has to come to Illinois to court... AFAIK because I filed the lawsuit... LOL

Ouch...don't people know that customers are what makes the business? If you don't have customers you don't have a business. I don't know, maybe I took the wrong MBA classes but there are definately some people here that don't know how to run a business.
Again this sucks...but JR it is definately is looking like you have to do the lawyer. If this guy was valid-he would have given your crap to you long ago. I mean come on its a matter of putting it in the box and giving it to the UPS guy.

I'm not instigating, but instead of contacting the AG's office in Trenton, you should be contacting the Toms River Police Dept.
Credit card fraud is better investigated here in NJ since that's where the charge was incurred. Though it can also be investigated where the charge was placed, it will then be harder on the Detectives.
So the harder it is for them to clear the case the less effort they will put into it. It will suck for you, since you are further away. Toms River PD is your best bet. Screw the lawyer, he will just take your money & your time.
Handle it yourself... I have had this happen to me & this worked.

Well... Joe gave some great advice. Det. Meier is filing a theft report tomorrow. He said some stuff that I can't repeat at this time but he knew who I was talking about before I finished saying his name....:shocked: So for now I am going to cancel my attorney appointment.

Well sounds like you are getting somewhere. Sucks that it has to come to this though. Make sure to document everything you have done so far just in case it escalates to you having to go to court.

This is an extremely sad situation cause I had high hopes for Mark. Regardless of the things that were said about Paul, there was a huge void opened when he left NJ. He did rank very high here.
Mark was also more reliable and honest compared to all of the other places here in Jersey. I hope he cleans this up, there are a lot of customers counting on him (who may go to PD).
He isn't a bad guy I don't understand why he is taking this route.

Thanks for the info.. The Det. called me back to today and we talked for quite a while.. They know him really well. Anyhow I thought Mark was a good guy also but this kind of stuff will only cause him to go under fast.

Glad to hear things are hopefully getting worked out..or at least in the right direction. Looking forward to doing some riding with ya next year.
