speedfreak the crank was shipped over a month ago ups had lost it and i filed a claim i got a call from them two days ago saying that they had found the package and that if would be next day shipped on the 20th and gave me a new tracking #
speadfreak i emailed you that #. Also you have not called my phone in over a month.

I don't think I will get a response from this but why did it take over 2 months of emails and phone calls for you to finally see where the crank was. I filed a complaint with the better business beau and the states attorney and all of this could have been solved by you picking up the phone. I know that more than one person has asked you about my crank. Along with the Toms River Police department.

And about me not calling you can post what ever you want online but we both know that you don't answer any calls from a 618 area code. I have talked to someone there I won't say any names because he asked me not to. But he has called me more than you stating "call him right now I know he is at the shop" What about the number of calls to your dad...aww hell forget it...... I am just glad that this is almost over I am tired of thinking about what a waste you have been.

If the crank was truly lost with UPS you would still have the original tracking number & a case number.

Pankake Pete has repeatedly asked you for a tracking number. No answer from you.

You could have called Speedfreak or post a response back in October.

Be honest and settle up with Speedfreak. He just wants his property back.

If you are or were in a bind, talk to him. He is more reasonable than most people around here.

This was never about bashing you, it was about doing the right thing.

EXCATELY!

Hopfully the crank truely makes it so speedfreak can get back on the water the Stl crew misses him!

It's funny how everyone including Mark's friends think he should return the crank.

Yet no crank. At this point it is a theft not a misunderstanding.

Here is the UPS tracking information. It looks like it is heading to Art @ Jetworks today. It is funny that the lost package was less than 10 miles from his shop. Anyhow the UPS woman told me to call her Monday and she will tell me everything about the package when it was originally shipped the problems that happened and who paid for the shipment. If there is any because she said that the tracking number isn't a "we lost it" tracking number is it is regular tracking number from an account. But overnight packages won't show all the account info until after delivery.

this is exactly why i dont do business with any1 so far away. i have heard good and bad about this guy but i wouldnt risk an expensive job like that. $745 doesnt grow on trees but it looks like u got screwed for it. after seeing a horrible port job this guy did and the past legal problems this guy has been in, i rather not gamble whether he's gonna do a good job with me or a bad one

Correct me if I'm wrong here. This is the crank/engine that he was hired to repair back in June 07. Its still broken and you were billed and it now on its way to jet work finally. I thought you were waiting for a repaired crank that he made some "good" out of all of this. Maybe he will lower his work load and start over to gain business again.

Well looks like something was signed for by Hernandez today at Jetworks. I called to UPS to see what the shipping info was and they told me that it was shipped out by Full Throttle. And that if there was a problem with the shipment or that UPS had lost it, the shipping info would show that in both the tracking number and on the tracking page by giving a reason. Also that the tracking scan in info would show the date that it was originally scanned in. Not the day that it was found.

Read Full throttle's post which is about 8 post above this one. He is a LIAR no way around it. Here is the tracking number if you want to see it. J149 1605 287

I asked him repeatedly if he dropped the ball just to admit it and fix my motor and send it to me. But he had to cover his tail with more lies. I just hope that he sent my crank. Which had a few distinguishing marks. I will know when I talk to Art next week.

Why did he send it to Jetworks to begin with, They do not rebuild cranks as far as I know, Crammit posted before that they will just send it to Crankworks???????

Don't know I was talking to Art about it and he talked like he done the work in house. I don't know if he really does it or not but we'll see. Heck I have my fingers crossed that this is really a 5mm crank he sent.

I can't believe that he typed that knowing that I don't trust a thing he said. I called UPS and they "The package was scanned in on the 20th at 8PM from Full Throttle. That is the first time that package entered the UPS system" If If it was a mistake with UPS then the tracking number and the shipping information would not be Full Throttle.

Now I can't wait until the 2nd so that I can talk to ART at Jetworks to see if it is really MY crank. I did hear already that the crank they received was taken apart and had the rod and bearing removed then reassembled. WTF??

Yes LOU this is the same motor problems that I have had since June. He took 6 months to send me back my unfinished motor... So now I can start over and get my motor built by someone I can trust. So much for giving a guy a chance...

What the !@#$ is up with this guy. I'm the dumb fool that bet on one of his Ebay auctions for a glass 24-7 hood. I talked to him on the phone twice, seemed like a very nice and accomodating guy. After aggreeing to custom match and paint the hood to factory colors for an additional $100. We settled on $850 even, all in, for a custom painted hood delivered to Tampa. That was on 4 December. It has now been a month, no hood and no contact despite repeated attempts via email and phone (apparently he doesn't answer 813 area code numbers either). I've even engaged with Chris (former 24-7 owner....and soley responsible for the high reputation 24-7 once had) for any assistance he might lend. I am at wits end, and can't even send him a PM or email via this forum, because apparently his profile restricts it.

If you do happen to read this Mark, note this entire affair has failed the reasonable person test and I have contacted my bank (USAA), which is one of the most reputable and aggressive in the business in protecting it's clients. Then I will take this up with Ebay, then the better business bureau, and finally through the states attorney if necessary. I can get all the legal help I need, and it won't cost me a thing. I am an active duty Marine and assure you that I work do #!@#$@#! hard for my money to be stiffed for $850 bucks. I promise you, I will get it back...all of it.

There is absolutely no reason for this or for any of the other numerous deals you have purportedly fouled up. You were paid fair and square, in full, within 24 hours of that auction ending.

Where is the hood you said was shipped on the 19th (a week late already mind you) via UPS...it takes 3 days from NJ? Where are the tracking numbers you promised to send?

For everybody else, do not deal with this guy! It's really too bad. Chris built an extremely solid reputation with 24-7. Many folks still contend that he made some of the best glass and carbon hoods in the business, only to have it soiled by this guy. That sucks!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

As for the rest of ya.....see you all in Daytona!!

P.S. I'll be the guy shopping for an aftermarket hood.

I will be seeing Mark this weekend.. I will see what the deal is with your hood.

Hey man sorry for the problems but it seems that the Detective can straighten him out.... Or he can spend some more time in jail... I hear that his is familiar with the jail there... But I sent you the detectives number. I also have his dads phone number at work I will get that to you also. I think the guy that keeps buying him businesses so that he can run them in the ground needs to know how well he is doing.

And if you see him in Daytona he is suppose to have a ski there for people to test ride. I want to see if it floats without a hood with the throttle pinned wide open......so that will take the crank out and it looks like you can have the hood. LOL.. Might have to swim for it:27:

O BTW his user profile shows the last time he was logged on and that was today at 10AM so you know he checked the email also...
