I'd just run dual bilges.
If you must have something like a scupper, go with either a magnetic scupper, or a scupper and one way valve, or a Blowsion one way valve.
The low tension on most one-ways and scuppers. This can sink your boat quickly when it's upside down.

What about the external ball valve thing somebody was selling not long ago?
Most power sports stores have the stuff. I just went in and asked for crank case sealant and they sold me hondabond which is basically the same stuff. I've read of loctite making something that worked and people say they've bought it from lowes or home depot but I've never seen it.

To address the coupler issue
Then the new coupler must be the crank side,
In order to fit the thicker mid shaft
Good luck removing the coupler from the shaft it is a major PIA
There are 2 parts to the GP800 housing you must remove 1/2 the housing.
the part you remove is 1inch thick,also remove the pins
now bolt to the fire wall
I'm doing a Highroller hull now to
but not a stunt hull
It is a short Polaris based hull
But I too have the same issues as you, like the Gel coat

Hondabond is good stuff.
Agreed that the gelcoat isn't perfect or even close to it. The question I asked myself though was "would I be willing to pay another $150-$200 for the man hours it took to make the gelcoat look perfect?" My answer was no... I'm not a big fan of plain black or white anyway so I just figured I'd scuff the gelcoat and use it like a primer for the paint.
havent done much recently but got my reeds in from jetmaniac... hopefully ill take it to the painter monday or tuesday. i was just hoping to get my hood so i could get them painted together but its all good. i got a compelte ebox with enhancer and stator on ebay today too. one of the spots on my stator where it screws to the case was broken on mine so i needed a new one. hopefully everything on this ebox is ok. also got my gaskets from matte today. thanks again.

I bought my fuel line from Comet Karts when I bought my kart tank but I've heard fuellines.biz is really good. I've got a 5lb AGM battery that I haven't really even used since I bought it. It's 4 amp/hour and 55 cca. It's only a $40 battery plus shipping new but if you want mine, make me an offer.
