If they are... They sure aren't proving it! If you are a small business owner you best damn care about what your customers think and especially with an issue of this magnitude. Some serious money was spent here and it's appearing that EME is just turning their heads and not directly addressing the issue. Of course we don't know every last little detail nor are we entitled to but at the end of the day the ski is still not running.
Who cares if your on Vacation half way across the world, make a phone call and get the issue fixed, get it sent to a local shop, get it shipped back, or work out something reasonable where the customer can ride. Looks like EME is showing no interest in making any type of financial investment into getting this fixed. The issue is not going to fix itself. This was also proven by the intake grate not getting sent priority or next day. For god sake he's probably vacationing on the OP's MONEY!
In a dying sport, companies should not be able to afford to do things like this, and I'm sure that EME will suffer negative repercussions because of it.
