CDMx ill get u a pic of that trim set up tomorrow. I'm probably doing something else though.

i buttoned a few things up today. I removed the plugs hit the start button and she turned over and had spark :)

CDMX this is what EME uses for the trim. I went a different route. From what everyone told me is with the Heim joint the cable breaks at the fitting. So we cut the sleeving of the cable to give some more length, then crimp the cable through the slide.

THE SKI FIRED RIGHT UP TODAY!! SMUSLEH and I worked on a few things, added some fuel primed it and first time on the button she started!

Hit the water today. My jetting was damn close. I had some pump cavatation so I couldnt get a good hook up today (I pulled the pump, I had a light gap so i re silconed it this afternoon), but the engine ran great! I'm very impressed so far, I know it has a lot more potential to open up. Ill get a few pics up later.

Congrads!!!!! Guessing did the silicon instead of the kawi pump seal? I did that at first too and switched to the seal and worked much better for me

Terrible color... hulls crappy, horrible motor .. but I'm still prepared to take it off you say for around $4500.00 which is way above market price AND I'LL pay for the shipping to South Africa. So sign on the dotted line.................... LOL great build looks friggin awesome. Love the color, but the pics doesn't do it justice. Bet u in real life it looks unbelievable.

I had the kawi seal but the clearance on the sides was way to tight. Just had some gap on the top. I re siliconed it on both sides and using a sure fire flashlight I have no light gaps now.

Now I'm just waiting to hear from Ryan at eme, cause my scupper sucks. I probably have 4minutes of sitting in the water before she sinks.

Thanks man, didnt have the nicest weather Saturday, but I love the color. It the same as the new orange jeep wranglers.

Great job...hopefully we can ride sometime soon.

I dont know what it is about the scuppers....mine leaked like crazy...swannys does too. Eric sent me a replacement flap...it was just a piece of rubber with two pieces of carbon. Had to assemble it myself. I ended up ordering an epic scupper.

Ya that's what mine is. Rubber and carbon rivitted on. I was thinking about doing an epic or some other option, figured I would talk to them first though. I mean is this what they are running in their skis?
