New design TNT pipe

Please take into consideration that Tim is doing all of this purely out of the love of our sport. He is doing this with expectations of barely breaking even. Bashing him or telling him the way you believe a pipe should be made is rude. Leave him to his work and appreciate what he brings to he sport. I myself am very excited to see these pipes in production and may pick one up instead of a Factory Pipe.

Believe so... Or... Yes. Tim would not spend time making a pipe if it didn't improve a motor. Right now with all the different hulls ,fitment is a issue. Changes are being made.

All my testing has been with new and old pipe back to back.
But keep in mind most that testing is on a TNT build motor.
In my Pv. 84mm X 6mm stroker , pulls harder and revs much harder with mod pipe.
59.7mph to 62.8mph. No other changes
With spec chamber 60.8mph and stronger pull off the bottom less punchy

Free ride I feel we need hard quick pull to get the boat to rotate in air for clean back flip. I believe the old pipe was to punchy without enough pull through.
Old design was tough to get good rpm without a lot of water routing tricks.
The new one doesn't have to be real hot to rev decent.
It's just a better design for the bigger motors.
The new pipe smallest diameter is 53mm.
Old pipe was 48mm. If you opened up head pipe to 51 in B headpipe it ran much better. And if you go to 52 or bigger it ran real good but was pipes break.
So you start at 53 and can go to 55mm.
But the new pipe matched with the water box is an amazing improvement.
My non PV 5mm 82mm bore motor is faster then my 84x6mm Pv motor if I run old pipe on big motor and new pipe water box on smaller non Pv motor.
The other people who have gotten early pre pro pipes also saw big improvements over old pipe.
I will be at havasu with some pipes and water boxes if anyone wants to have a look.
Or if you have RD man I will let you test one of the chambers.

I should have 5-10 stainless pipes with me and two mild steel.
The water box are shipping tomorrow to Blowsion and should be available next week.

It's quickly becoming clear why I stopped making these dam heavy stainless pipes.
4.6hrs to fit and weld stainless per pipe.
2.8 for mild steel.
There won't be a lot of these new pipes made.
I will prob stop after 20 pipes. It's just to much work for to little profit.

I am bringing 8 to finals for sale.
3 steel
3 heavy stainless
3 light weight stainless

2 of the stainless are sold.

That will be it for production.
After these only way would be custom order and it will be 1,000 for chamber

will u cut me all the pieces and i can tig them together myself. save u all that labor?? ;) i assume the answer would be no lol but have to try. i am nowhere near the level to purchase a 1000$ pipe

I would be glad to send you all the pieces.
250.00. Flat, 325.00 rolled up
Then you can make as many as you want.
But keep in mind there 21 pieces.
And if you don't have mandrels to form them you will never get a finished pipe.
You want the pieces flat or rolled??

oh it would be so worth it to have it rolled for that price. still dont think i need a pipe this agressive but damn is that tempting. ill let you know if i find a deal on a bigger motor ;)

You guys are shameless. Circling the man's work like buzzards.

I want one of these pipes just because of what it represents. In a cookie cutter world, I highly value the work of people willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into a project like this. I will support and encourage such endeavors every chance I get.

These pipes are the real deal. I feel very lucky to have gotten one of the first chambers made . It is a work of art and with it my ski is ripping off the line like never before. More bottom end and midrange as well as a lot more rpms and top end power.
