New design TNT pipe

Love to see this new design, I have an original TNT chamber and it's a work of art!

We have a R&D wet pipe here at the shop (complete, manifold and chamber) if anybody is hunting one to use with this chamber, send a PM our way!

Sell the design to the ninja guys. No more work but still some profit.
I won't sell new design to the guys who reproduced my old pipe.
I helped them have them info and they never even sent me one of the pipes for my time.
No I didn't ask, but don't feel I should have after the help I gave them.
The new pipe will become a stamped version once I reshape it to fit all the custom free ride hulls.
Then it will only be available through blowsion.
Just like the TNT WATER BOX.

I'm sorry. I didn't know it went down like that. I assumed you were paid. Hopefully Blowsion treats you right, they have a good reputation.

A stamped ver at blowsion and a nynja ver ring welded would be cool to see, especially if a manifold is produced for it. Im sure those guys would have traded a few pipes for your help if you had requested. With a new pipe that works better and you not wanting to produce them any longer, makes business sense to change it a bit with a second ver that may do better for a certain type setup and have them produce ringed ver, with a small royalty deal built in for your time?
what was the verdict on the mani? they may be able to produce those affordably as well?

Manifold is in design and being made.
The only thing I'm not gonna do is cone pipes.
They will be stamped.
It just takes to long and I have tried 4 welder snow and not one can do a pipe.
They get about half way and it turns to crap.
Then I have to Throw away 4hrs work in cutting and rolling.
If you want a custom rolled pipe it's 1,000.00 for heavy stainless.

The pipes I make this week will sell at the finals for
700.00 heavy SS
650.00 light SS
500.00 mild steel

image.jpg Light SS heats up faster and resonates faster then heavy stainless.
The heavy SS will last. That is what my old pipes where made of.
Mild steal works the best but they don't last.
And there much easier to make as you can hold things together with magnets while your trying to tack weld the joints.
Takes about 4.5hrs to weld mild steel, 9hrs to weld light weight. 7hrs to do heavy stainless

New side by side with the old

Nice lookin design,When will the mani be produced and for sale? lookin forward to seeing those.I spent a good bit of time working on a solution for making one affordable myself. Sounds like you are more into it for the design r&d than consuming your time mass producing them. In America welders are either skilled and too busy to do a project like this,or learning and not good enough to do it. no in between really, leaves no margin to make the project profitable. The nynja guys proved my point with manufacturing in china, where the welders do one thing all day long for a very low price point....weld....they just did it too late, after the pfp was released. Being first to market with the NBT is key.IF they had done that pre pfp when every tom dick and harry hunted tnts here and pwc yesterday they would have sold 5x.

I know you are anti over seas production for your own reasons. But If you spent more time with R&D and less time producing same pipe... made a new pipe every yr a little bit diff and REALLY a lil bit better, and made them sound semi scarce like xh20ers would be lucky to get one. then out sourced to overseas welders and mass produced for VERY affordable retail price, with still better margins than self producing them. youd sell them like hot cakes every yr to the same people that buy a new latest and greatest RRP or Krash hull model every yr. We all know where both those are made, and made well. Its so funny how the illusion of the fact of scarceness to a buyer that may not get one for very long time....works very well for sales in this arena... l

It's all I can do right now not to order one. Not because I need one or need more power right now but admittedly just because they have been so rare.

honestly i think to those of us that have the ability the diy kit is an awesome idea. but thats just me. this winter welding up a pipe for 3-4 nights is a good project while i cant ride. now i just have to figure out what manifold to use ;)

What about buying the pipes used. It would ruin the used market. Its like selling hulls in hull kits to those who shouldn't touch fiberglass.... You don't know..
