give us more details on the tuning gauges and what the tuning parameters will be
The over the top mounting system is different then all the others made and it's very reliable.
As for the tuning it's the most reliable and proven pipe tuning method there is and the only way to moniter the pipe and it's tune.
Every two stroke needs a given pressure wave to perform. Lower pressures increase low end power higher pressures increase top end power
But by knowing the pressure you stop tuning carbs for pipe pressure issues and stop tuning pipes for garb issues.

Basically your using a pressure guage in the pipe then to determine pipe pressure and then using an adjustable stinger to get to the right pressure. ?
Or are you using water injection to adjust the pressure. We used to inject water in the stinger at higher rpm to get a bit more over rev.
Is this the same sort of thing you are talking about

adding more water at the stinger turns the heat and pressure up in the motor, what pressure, temp you after for the best low to mid power range. how many water injection points will be used to tune?

Tim - thank you for your response. We had no idea that riders were contacting you in reference to water routing, it seems to be rather obvious, but in any even, our apologies. NYNJA no longer produces the replica version of your chamber, nor do we intend to do so in the future. We are truly honored & humbled to be able to offer such an amazing design to so many riders who were unable to acquire the original version you produced. We wish you all the best with your future systems & hope for you to achieve an even greater level of success !

Got to meet Tim at finals and had a great conversation with him. He basically blew my mind. Hopefully he sticks with this, because there will be great things to come from his full system (manifold to waterbox). Here's a picture of us trying to figure out how it will fit in a blaster. Looks like it will be tight but just barely squeeze in there with a little persuasion.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the compliments.
Here the plan.
Blowsion will be distributor for the free ride pipe and manifold as well as the new tnt waterbox.
The new water box is prob the best dollar for dollar bolt on performance right now in muffler dept.
Every boat we installed one on at the finals picked up at least .7mph and gained acceleration and carburated cleaner. One mod boat picked up over 1.3mph.
All tests where done same way. Dial the boat in with carbs and pipe tuning till we could get no more gains then switch the water box and first run without touching anything else showed most the gains.
To fine tune it all I did was slightly richen low speed and on couple boats 1/2 turn on high speed.
The water box is available and in stock from pedi on and they are having a intro price. Keep in mind these boxes have more parts inside and more work to build then a standard box so they are little bit more money. But worth every penny

We have three new projects for winter and all I can say about it is look out hydro we are aiming straight at you with two new power plants.

On te triple pipe, there is several people who are willing to pay for development of the pipe so there will be a triple pipe available by spring for both the blaster and SXR

I saw close to 100 triple kaw sxr and blasters
One superjet and one blaster with Yamaha triple in it.
Ah ok I see what you mean. I thought you meant there was only two type of yamaha triple power plants.
There is alot of triple yamaha powered blasters and superjets in australia where I am.

Here in WI I would say we see more triple Yamaha blasters than kawi blasters. But that is offset by the triple kawi sxrs. And no Yami triple stand ups

Both the Yamaha triple power plants I saw at finals where from Aus.
I am not making triple pipes.
It will be a single pipe but manifold to chamber.

I would build a Yamaha pipe for the triples if someone invested in it.
How it works.
Who ever pays for the development gets exclusive rights to sell the pipe.
It's about 10k to design a pipe

I think there are more triple Yamaha blasters then Kawi blasters, but not many of them are racers. I think only serious racers would pay for triple pipes, so the yamaha triples just wouldn't sell much.

notice he keeps saying triple pipe and you guys are saying tripple pipeS i dont think his intention is to make true tripples. just a 3-1 manifold and a better chamber. correct me if im wrong please.
