Sent emails to all the popular hulls.
Never got response from any of them.
But I still need A hull to fit Yamaha pipe.
The boat Blowsion was going to send down for fitting was sold and now have to wait for another one to be built.
The problem is watercraft is very small market. So to dedicate a lot of time to this project is not profitable so I only work on watercraft when I have free time.
That means I need the hull for few months.
I don't ride anymore so it won't ever be used.
I haven't riden my square nose since first Blowsion surf slam in Oregon.

Im hoping I can get one of these into my fx1. I would love to see a view from the front so i can determine the width of the motor and pipe combo. Im thinking it may be to high but I can always mould the hood liner around. Im not sure if its possible Tim but if you could give us the height width of the engine with the pipe on it would be awesome.
Thanks alot

It would make more sense for you to send out a pipe to the hull manufacturers.you could probably send out one and they could ship it off to the next builder, just a thought

perhaps but tim needs to see where the interferences are with his own eyes and he can mod it instantly.his product has always been top notch so relying on a third party would be foolish.

So you understand, I make a pipe and a set of templet's. If you don't make templet off the first pipe you won't have a replica to build second and they will be different.
So I build a pipe without templet send it off to hull builder they say oh don't fit, then 15-20 people see it and your new product now been scene by many and the general public still has never scene the pipe or it's origin. Then you build second pipe. Oh crap doesn't fit.
3,000 dollars labor later you may end up with a pipe that fits and bunch pipes running around that don't fit that eventually end up in others hands that don't know it was a proto and they don't like it and talk smack about how bad your pipe is.
NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!!!
I already have 6 different versions of the new pipe to get what I wanted on the water. An after I tested them on my combos, I have long version and short version for others to do some testing and feed back.
And in some cases I will sell one to someone if they really want to test it and take a gamble on it working for there setup.
But my testing showed the pipe was without question good enough for multiple combos.
The mod 2 pipe works good on spec.
CC works really good for big stroker motors.

Just do what you do man dont worry about the new hulls not fittings this pipe, its not like people havnt cut up beat n bend there hulls before to make a pipe fit! If it dont fit then they can sell it.

This is what the pipe looks like when it's designed.
Then you have to cut turn it till you get it to fit the boat.
After you make it fit you cut it all apart and pound it back flat. Make temp.
Then you measure it all out and make sure tune length is same as original straight pipe.
So as you can see it takes about as long to make as laying up a hull in a mold.
So it makes no sence to build pipes blind and hope they fit.

So do you plan on having a pipe for every hull? That would be alot of different models.good luck on whatever design you settle on and manifold you come up with,I would really like to try one and would be able to test it with a few powerplants.

With a good flowing mani and skipping the factory head pipe theres quite a few hp to pick up already, how long till mani is avail?

Ride no I will only make the different tune dimensions.
The 3 designs right now will get renamed as they get tested by multiple people with different setups.
The homo mod II pipe in three different boats seems to be king in spec boat. So that most likely will become spec pipe.
The CC pipe like one Ralph has is performing best in 800cc plus boats and to soft on bottom and mid for spec so it's most likely to stay the prototype name mod chamber
The free ride pipe is way behind in testing and what I thought would be first pipe into production is going to be by far the last. As this pipe needs to be totally redesigned to fit all the aftermarket hulls and will turn into winter project.
The exh manifolds will be available next yr.

Wax head, do some measuring for me.
With telescope magnet or mirror extend it in hull on pipe side tape it so it stands straight up and close latch hood, take good off and measure length of it, that give me your to good measurement, measure from cyl exh Gasketet surface to hood seal flange or the narrowest part of hull.
From hack of cyl to hood seal lip.
It's possible to dent the pipe in those areas up to inch deep and make fit.
It won't be very pretty but may fit. The dents have to be smooth and rounded or performance can suffer.
The freeride hulls are much tighter in those areas so that be the pipe most likely to fit.
But won't be available till next yr.
ok guys I have to get back to work, will be slow to respond for next week as most my Mx kids be back from lorretta Lynn this week and all there bikes need to get prepped for mini O's.
Ps, I will likely be in Florida for mini O's and will bring few pipes with me and have one day to test watercraft after race.
So if your in Florida have R&D manifold want to test this would be your chance to try new tnt pipe without any investment.

If you need a tester for your freestyle pipe, you could send one up to me and I can try running it in a bunch of different aftermarket hulls
