New footholds for 25mm pad

wish i had got these. the awful holds i got from blowsion hardly fit a shoe without any padding at all and no turf on the top....

Pictures of Toms holds with 1" of padding in the tray and 1/2" on the tops of the holds. Nice snug fit with size 12 wrestling shoes in them.

Sweet how did you do that? Did you make it bigger on the bottum of the sides in front of the foothold?

I made sure I had plenty of extra mat in the hold area. Then lots of glue and heat. Heat and press, heat and press. You may need to trim as you go. Don't get crazy with the blade, trim small pieces.

Well we finished my holds up tonight and i think they turned out great, can't wait to get it out on the water and try them out. Thanks tom for the holds and my buddy for helping me with the install and everyone on here that answered my questions. Heres the finished pics.

When stretching the sheet around the holds, do you guys glue it down around the hold, heat and stretch all the way into the hold? Im just trying to get some specific tips on how to get the excess and turf around the corners and how to get it to go seamlessly in there.
