Is the seller ignoring PMs now? I've PMed him and requested he PM me a reply in another thread here and he's posted several times and I haven't heard anything :(
I need one from him or someone else or at least an ETA of new ones.

Thanks
-Todd

sorry toddw and the 3-4 other people that were pming me. i did not reply b/c i stated several times that it was all sold before it even hit my doorstep. i dont have any extra. if the stuff get good reviews i might do another order, b/c a $12 hoodseal can not be beat.

MY REVIEW
The seal was super easy to install I installed it with contact cement.
The design is a great idea with hood sitting in groove with flaps on both sides, but i cant get the hood to sit perfect between them because it is so soft. It does keep water out, but i think i will buy an oem next time because they a are firmer and easier to line to get the seal around the hood perfectly.

I was afraid of that especially at front of hood:banghead:

I haven't installed yet, but I tried fitting it and found it to be a bit too wide for the channel.

I am going to grind out the channel a bit.

Hope your boat is reinforced well, the hood seal area is the weekest point of a RN and grinding anything out there would be UGLY if not reinforced on underside.

I have yet to see how mine fits. pics will be great when you get a chance. Grifs pics seem to fit great though.
