I watched the first episode(or pilot) on youtube. It looks great. Igot my two other Zelda nerd friends checking it out also. I'll download it soon enough, I was laughing at first verse.

They are trying to establish a NMS in northeast Florida as well. (from the St. Johns river south to Fort Pierce) This includes some great ride spots including DAYTONA.

This was denied in September 2014 but it's not over. They have already re-submitted.

@Quinc does the NOAA not reference how they plan on regulating/enforcing the areas until after the application is approved?

There is no mention of it in the proposal, which is scary and deceiving. I'm just trying to be on top of it, so the moment they mention PWCs (mPWCs according to NOAA, eye roll) we're ready.
