Freestyle new rrp carbon pipe

Everything is mounted, just gettin an exhaust tip made for side exhaust. Then final assembly and get in the cold water. So much room, may run a rear rickter tank if 3 gals isnt enough. I think i dropped a bunch of weight removing the rear exhaust box and tubing, big stock gas tank and the FP.

Pipe design in standups are really at the mercy of the space afforded, these pics are of 800 cc or so setups. Youll find much more informative data in anything complex in out of market 2 stroke forums, far better reads for anything other than basics imho.In a blaster you could go with huge twin pipes and get way closer to what the true max performance of a tuned pipe would really allow with todays larger motors.

Id like to come up with a water injected pipe that comes on much faster than whats already out there now and still get to higher rpms with the water signing off in the middle.By the nature of this shape that would also allow for a pipe to go further into the nose of the hull with waterbox on the side as the pfp is and allow for a larger fuel tank to fit. The large pipes out now are competition based and work much better with race fuel and monster comp, there is a large market for bigger cc motors on pump fuel,if the pipe and water injection were setup correctly for those bigger cc motors, very few of us would really have a need for big money high octane race fuels

see anything familiar in that last pic?

U tap my phone conversations with dr smokescreen? Same plan here, Eriks mechanical water injection, carbon type9 or r&d style chamber up into nose (re calculated dimensions to work on big cc), box on the side etc. You must have a great mind because we are thinking alike!

lol these are very old conversations being recycled with other people from years back,I was talking about the concept with a common friend, after looking at the menagerie of wires and broken solenoids he used in racing for msd water injection, same guy put together a rough concept using a spring and plate in a bilet fuel filter the next week and tested it in a b1,shooting the water out the side of the ski to test for pressure cutoff, it works well with a b pipe and adjustable valve before the unit to compensate for many things on diff pumps and pluming setups. The challenge is creating one that flows correctly constant and doesnt clog the tinyest bit and change pressure settings. If you ride surf off shore you know what I mean.

Sounds like you havnt used a cooling prefilter in ocean before,it makes no diff rather the clog is in the pre filter or the valve, same result, water pressure changes and valve is no longer operating at the same time.Doesnt take a engineer to fig that equation.. We got rid of filters on all our cooling lines years ago, they clog faster than the pipes water fittings do,same goes for the mechanical valve,if made correctly with a plate and by pass holes,or ball valve it will flow by way more debri than a filter,at least its a gamble, not a sure thing. We have it little more easy in Va with fine sand,in jersey with the black crush shell crap, you can hang it up,or fl inlets with cocina forgettttttttt about it. ...lol

The pipe works very good and does make more power but it is not a replacement for b pipe .
The key thing you mentioned in earlier post is keeping things unclogged . This runs a jet system for water injection which relies on a fuel filter to strain it.
So this is not for the guy who wants to go ride out in surf or beaches his ski and so forth . It will take someone his very conscious of how there ski is running and has a good feel for there ski so they know when something is wrong and when to stop and maintain and clear blockages so forth .

Seriously. Give Taylor a call and he can fill in a lot of info on this pipe. I'm waiting on one, but probably won't get to test til Feb, or March. And the water will still be friggin cold, so hard to say how great it will be in cold water.
